These are rice and flax seed wrist supports for your keyboard. The keyboard pad is about  19" x 4".These help prevent strain on your wrist while you are typing and using your computer. It is very important to have good ergonomics so you are not straining your wrist. The angle without any support can irritate your tendons in the wrist, which could later cause serious damage if you are a prolonged computer user. These are designed ao you can rest your wrist and palms on them while you type. You can also warm them in the microwave if you have sore wrist from working all day. You can also freeze them. I can also add essential oils to them so you can have some aromatherapy while you work.
